Once you want to register your team, you have to send the Registration Form along with the 1st deposit (see below).

Your team registration is valid only when the organization receives the "Registration Form" filled out together with the 1st deposit.

Within May 31st, 2009 - Final Settlement for all teams

To officially register your team you have to:

Send the "Application Form" filled with all your team data

Send the 1st deposit as soon as you can (maximum in 1 week) as follows:
- If you are an Extra European Team, the quote per person to send as 1st deposit depends on the total - - - amount of your travel (example: if you will have a tour before the tournament, etc..)
- If you are a European Team, 50 € per person.

Teams must send the organization not later than 45 days before the tournament start the following documents:
2 small size photos for each partecipant - with name
1 copy of the passport for each partecipant
1 copy of the basket card association of each player
1 player insurance copy

On arrival, your team leader will receive the San Marino Super Cards after final control of the players passports.

Please note: the registration deadline could be anticipated because of the many registrations received.
